Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on the iPhone app, manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. If you subscribed on the web, open Settings and use the billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the current period.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required. When it ends, you drop to the free tier (you keep your plan and can still add runs manually). Add a payment method anytime to stay on Pro.
How do I sync my runs?
On iPhone, PaceNova reads your completed runs from Apple Health (Profile → Data sources → Sync). Make sure you granted Health access when prompted. You can also add runs manually on any device.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen choose "Forgot password" and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
On the web, go to Settings → Delete account; in the iPhone app, go to Profile → Manage account. This permanently removes your account and your personal training and health data, immediately. If you subscribed on the web, we cancel that subscription for you when you delete; a subscription billed by Apple must be cancelled in your Apple Account settings — the app opens them for you, and Apple keeps billing until you cancel there. If you ignored or declined our injury-risk warnings, we keep a limited, walled-off record of those specific warnings for legal-defense only, described in our Privacy Policy.
